As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any of the subscriptions offered on the Website. Your latest login recorded in our database and displayed in the administrative panel of LearnRealRussian.com (which can be provided at your request) will be used as proof of your access to the lessons on the Website after the purchase of a subscription. It also should be noted that your eligibility for a refund is negated by the fact that you are given the opportunity to sign up for the Free Lessons available for evaluation purposes demonstrating an overall structure and teaching technique used in the lessons before purchasing a paid subscription.

Failure to access the LearnRealRussian blog or its crash cannot be regarded as a ground for a refund.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstances might take place in relation to the products we offer. Therefore, we are ready to satisfy your refund claim for the following reasons:

Non-delivery of subscription/login details - Due to some mailing issues of our server or Website you might not receive a delivery email from us. Non-delivery resulting from issues on your end (failures in your own mail server, issues with your ISP, or glitches on your PC) cannot be regarded as grounds for a refund.
